The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships aim to cultivate future global leaders through advanced studies at the prestigious University of Oxford.

The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships are fully funded by the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust and The University of Oxford.

The scholarship covers master’s and DPhil (Ph.D.) level programs at the University of Oxford in various fields including but not limited to Economics, Environmental Change, and Public Policy.

Number of Awards

Approximately 80 scholars are selected each year to receive the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarship.

Target Group

The scholarship is open to international students from developing and emerging countries around the world, excluding the UK and EU countries.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The scholarship covers all tuition fees and college fees, as well as a grant for living expenses. Scholars also receive a travel grant and a grant for one economy return airfare home during the course of their studies.

• Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to improving their home countries through leadership, academic excellence, and a passion for their chosen field of study.
• They must also meet the entry requirements for their chosen course at Oxford.
