- Has completed or is currently enrolled in EDDE805 or EDDE806 during this academic year
- Is in good academic standing
- Has not previously received this award
- Has achieved a program GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Preference will be given to the applicant with the highest GPA
- Preference will be given to international applicants
