Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the scholarship,

• Applicants must hold a Hong Kong permanent residency or be a permanent HKID holder.
• who have been admitted to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at the main University of Liverpool campus, leading to a bachelor degree in their chosen fields.
• Successful candidates will be awarded a scholarship to cover partial payment of the tuition fee or living expenses.
• The scholarship may or may not be held concurrently with any other scholarships or bursaries at the discretion of the Award Committee and must be declared on the application form.
• Those already in recipient of China Scholarship Council funding are not eligible. No payments are made until the successful applicant has registered on campus.
