Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Theodore W. “Ted” Rector Scholarship,
- Applicants must have a high school GPA of 3.75 or above, a minimum SAT score of 1380 or ACT score of 31,
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and community involvement.
- Applicants must also be enrolled as full-time students at Binghamton University.

Application Instructions
