- Relocating from Kingaroy and surrounds to study at the UniSC Sunshine Coast Campus having been a permanent resident of the region for at least two years prior*
- Completed high school within the previous two years
- Permanent Resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or a Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder
