The H.O.P.E. Award was established by Algonquin College in 2015 to honor the values of leadership and community service, and to support student leaders who make a positive impact in their communities. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the H.O.P.E. Award,

• Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time program at Algonquin College and have completed at least one semester.
• They must also have a minimum GPA of 2.5
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and involvement in community service.
• Candidates must also provide two letters of recommendation from individuals who can attest to their character and contributions to the community.
