Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The scholarship includes a monthly allowance of 850 euros, travel allowance, health insurance, and a rent and family allowance, if applicable. In addition, recipients will also receive a study and research subsidy of 460 euros per academic year.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the scholarship,

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and have completed their academic studies with above-average results.
  • They must also have at least two years of professional experience in a related field after their first university degree and be proficient in German (B2 level).

Application Instructions

Interested applicants can apply directly through the DAAD portal. The application period is open from August 15th to October 31st each year. Applicants must submit their CV, academic transcripts, proof of two years of professional experience, and a project proposal, among other documents. It is also important to note that some German universities may have different application deadlines, so make sure to check with your chosen institution as well.
