Brief Description

The SLA E&S Day Outstanding Student Scholarship is an annual scholarship program created to recognize and support outstanding undergraduate and graduate students who have demonstrated excellence in the study of environmental and sustainability issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll at CSUF in an environmental and sustainability studies program.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (undergraduate) or 3.5 (graduate).
• Must demonstrate a commitment to, and passion for, environmental sustainability through academic achievements, community involvement, and leadership.
• Must be in good academic standing and not have any disciplinary actions.
• Must have completed a minimum of 12 units (undergraduate) or 9 units (graduate) at CSUF.
• Must submit a statement of purpose and two letters of recommendation from CSUF faculty.
