Brief Description

The REPS is a full undergraduate scholarship program designed for exceptional students who are driven to excel in the field of engineering. It provides a comprehensive educational experience, combining academic excellence with practical learning through internships and overseas study opportunities.

The REPS is offered by Nanyang Technological University (NTU), a leading public research university located in Singapore. NTU is consistently ranked as one of the top universities in Asia and is known for its strong engineering programs.

The scholarship supports undergraduate studies in engineering-related courses such as Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Environmental Engineering.

Number of Awards

Up to 50 scholarships are awarded each year, with approximately 10 of these reserved for international students.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The scholarship covers the full tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses for the duration of the undergraduate program. It also includes a one-time computer allowance, return airfare, and a study-related allowance. REPS scholars will also have the opportunity to participate in overseas study programs and internships.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the REPS,

• Applicants must have strong academic results.
• Meet the admission requirements for the chosen engineering program at NTU.
• They must also possess excellent co-curricular activity records and display leadership potential.
• International students must also demonstrate proficiency in the English language.

Application Instructions

To apply for the REPS, applicants must first submit an online application for admission to NTU. They will then be invited to complete a separate application form for the scholarship. Shortlisted candidates will be notified and may be required to attend an interview.
