Application Instructions

Interested and eligible students must complete the UIUC Merit Scholarship Application, which is available on the UIUC Office of Student Financial Aid website. The application deadline is December 1st for incoming freshmen and February 1st for transfer students. Graduate students must submit their application by January 15th.

To apply for the President’s Award, applicants must also submit a separate application through the Leadership Scholarship Program portal, which can be accessed through their UIUC Admissions Account.
