Every year, 60 scholarships are awarded to outstanding students from all over the world. These awards are divided into three categories: Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship, Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship – Research Masters, and Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship – Coursework Masters. Each category has 20 scholarships available.

Target Group

This scholarship is open to international students who have received an offer to study a postgraduate program at UTS. Candidates must not be sponsored by any other organization and must not have already undertaken any postgraduate studies in Australia.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The Postgraduate Academic Excellence International Scholarship covers 50% of tuition fees for the entire duration of the recipient’s postgraduate program. It also includes the cost of compulsory Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this prestigious scholarship, international students must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Have already received or be in the process of receiving an offer for a postgraduate program at UTS.
2. Be an international student with a student visa.
3. Must not be sponsored by any other organization.
4. Must be commencing studies in the upcoming semester.
5. Must not have completed any postgraduate studies in Australia previously.
6. Must maintain a minimum GPA of 5.0 (credit average) throughout the duration of the program.

Application Instructions
