Application Instructions

In order to apply for the National Merit Finalists program, students must take the PSAT/NMSQT exam during their junior year of high school and score in the top 1% of their state. After being named National Merit Finalists, students must then apply for admission to Texas Tech University and designate the university as their first choice with the National Merit Corporation. There is no separate application for the scholarship.
