Scholarship Value/Inclusions
The Merit Scholarship covers up to 100% of tuition fees for students who are in the top 2% of the admitted class, 75% for those who are in the next 3%, and 50% for those in the following 4%. It also covers monthly stipend, accommodation and transportation costs, and health insurance for students who maintain a high GPA (at least 2.00 out of 4.00) throughout their studies.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Merit Scholarship,
- Students must have a high school diploma with outstanding grades or an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma.
- They must also have a satisfactory score in one of the following exams:
- SAT Reasoning Test, ACT, or the Bilkent University Entrance Examination.

Application Instructions
Students who have been offered admission to Bilkent University’s undergraduate programs and fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned above will automatically be considered for the Merit Scholarship. There is no separate application process for the scholarship.
