Application Instructions
To apply for the Major Gerald M. Bloomfield Memorial Endowed Scholarship, students must complete the general EMU scholarship application and submit a personal statement outlining their academic achievements, leadership skills, and community service involvement. Applicants must also provide two letters of recommendation, one from a faculty member and one from a community leader. The application deadline is March 1st for the upcoming academic year.
