The IOE-Clarke Scholarships by UCL are designed to support outstanding students from international backgrounds who are passionate about making a positive impact in their local communities through education.

Each year, the IOE-Clarke Scholarships program awards up to four scholarships to outstanding students from developing countries.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions

Eligibility Criteria

2. Have an undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1 classification
3. Have relevant work experience in education or development
