Each year, the IOE-Clarke Scholarships program awards up to four scholarships to outstanding students from developing countries.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions
The IOE-Clarke Scholarships provide full tuition fees, a maintenance allowance, and a return flight ticket to London. In addition, scholars will receive financial support for living expenses and a research project grant.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the IOE-Clarke Scholarships, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a citizen of a low or middle-income country
2. Have an undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1 classification
3. Have relevant work experience in education or development
4. Have an offer to study a master’s program in Education and International Development at UCL
5. Demonstrate a commitment to using education in your home country
6. Have a strong academic record and potential for future success
