Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Ignatian Scholarship – Billiken Award,

  • Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and a minimum ACT score of 27 or SAT score of 1280.
  • They must also demonstrate a passion for community service and leadership through their extracurricular activities, work experience, and personal essays.

Application Instructions

Interested students must complete the UAB admissions application and submit all required admission materials by December 15th. They must also submit a separate application for the Billiken Award, which includes a personal statement and two letters of recommendation. A selection committee will review the applications and select the finalists for interviews.
