Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Humanities Scholars Program,

  • Applicants must be incoming freshmen at UMBC with a minimum GPA of 3.4 and an SAT score of 1370 or ACT score of 29.
  • They must also demonstrate a strong interest in the humanities and outstanding academic achievements.

Application Instructions

To apply for the Humanities Scholars Program, students must first apply for admission to UMBC.
