Brief Description
The GUATEFUTURO Scholarship by UCL aims to support outstanding Guatemalan students who have the potential to make a positive impact on their country and the world. The scholarship was established in 2014 by UCL in partnership with the GUATEFUTURO Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to developing Guatemala through education and entrepreneurship. This scholarship program is a testament to UCL’s dedication to diversity and inclusivity.

Every year, four scholarships are awarded to Guatemalan students: two for undergraduate studies and two for graduate studies. These scholarships cover full tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and a return economy flight from Guatemala to London.
Target Group
The scholarship is open to students from Guatemala who have completed their high school education in Guatemala and have been accepted to study at UCL.

The GUATEFUTURO Scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship, covering tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and travel costs. The scholarship is worth up to £60,000 over the duration of the program.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the GUATEFUTURO Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Application Instructions
To apply for the scholarship, interested students must first apply and receive an offer of admission to a degree program at UCL.
