Geraldine S. Weil Memorial Scholarship
Brief Description
The Geraldine S. Weil Memorial Scholarship, established in honor of the first female president of Binghamton University, supports talented and deserving undergraduate students in their pursuit of higher education.

Number of Awards
Each year, five outstanding students are awarded the Geraldine S. Weil Memorial Scholarship.

The scholarship aims to support undergraduate students with exceptional academic achievements, leadership abilities and a dedication to community service.
Scholarship Value/Inclusions
The scholarship covers full tuition, room and board, and fees at Binghamton University for four years. Recipients also receive a stipend for textbooks and expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship,
- Students must be enrolled full-time at Binghamton University.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, and be actively involved in community service.

Application Instructions
Students must submit their application for admission to Binghamton University by the January 15th deadline, and submit the FAFSA by the February 15th priority deadline. In addition, they must complete the Geraldine S. Weil Memorial Scholarship application, including an essay and letters of recommendation by February 1st.
