Number of Awards
The number of awards given each year varies, depending on available funding. However, since its inception in 2018, the CSUN Dreamers Scholarship program has awarded over 50 scholarships to deserving students.
Target Group
The scholarship is open to current and incoming students at CSUN who are undocumented and have met the California Dream Act eligibility criteria. This includes students with DACA status, TPS holders, and other undocumented students.
Scholarship Value/Inclusions
The CSUN Dreamers Scholarship covers tuition fees for up to 12 units per semester, providing up to $5,472 in tuition support for the academic year. In addition, recipients also receive an additional $500 for textbooks and course materials.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the CSUN Dreamers Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a current or incoming student at California State University Northridge.
2. Be an undocumented student who meets the California Dream Act eligibility criteria.
3. Have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
4. Demonstrate financial need.
5. Be enrolled in at least 12 units per semester.

Application Instructions
The application for the CSUN Dreamers Scholarship is available through the CSUN financial aid website.
