Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship,
- Students must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Minimum SAT score of 1440 (or ACT equivalent).
- They must also demonstrate a strong interest in finance and/or technology.
- Have a track record of leadership and community involvement.

Application Instructions
Interested students must first apply for admission to Georgia Tech. Upon acceptance, they can then apply for the BlackRock Hallac Scholarship through the university’s scholarship portal. The application requires applicants to submit their academic transcripts, SAT/ACT scores, a personal statement, and two letters of recommendation.
