Application Instructions

To apply for the scholarship, students must submit their application for admission to The Ball State University by the priority deadline of November 15th. Along with their application, they must submit a resume outlining their leadership activities, community service, and academic achievements. They must also complete the supplemental scholarship application, which includes two personal essays, and submit two letters of recommendation from teachers or community leaders.
