The Harmon Recruitment Scholarship is designed to support talented students in pursuing their academic dreams at The Illinois State University. It is awarded to high-achieving students who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, academic performance, and community involvement.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The Harmon Recruitment Scholarship covers tuition, fees, and on-campus housing for four years of undergraduate study at The Illinois State University. Recipients also receive a $2,000 annual stipend for educational expenses, such as books, supplies, and study abroad opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Harmon Recruitment Scholarship,

  • Applicants must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.5 and an ACT score of 27 or higher.
  • They must also demonstrate leadership potential through extracurricular activities, community service, and/or work experience.

Application Instructions

Interested students must first apply for admission to The Illinois State University. All completed applications received by November 15th will automatically be considered for the scholarship. Finalists will be selected and invited for an interview with the scholarship committee on campus.
