The Luksic Scholarships aim to support talented individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities. These scholarships cover the full cost of tuition fees, living expenses, and travel expenses for a Master’s degree at LSE.

Level/Field of Study
The Luksic Scholarships are available for students pursuing a Master’s degree in any of the programs offered at LSE’s 19 departments, including Economics, Management, Law, Social Policy, International Relations, and more.
Number of Awards
There are up to five Luksic Scholarships available each year for students from Latin America, Central and Southeast Europe and the Caribbean. These scholarships are fully-funded and cover the tuition fees and living expenses for a full-time Master’s degree program at LSE.
Target Group
The Luksic Scholarships target students from low- and middle-income countries in Latin America, Central and Southeast Europe, and the Caribbean. This scholarship program is open to all nationalities, but preference is given to applicants who have lived or studied in one of the target regions.
Scholarship Value/Inclusions
The Luksic Scholarships cover the full cost of tuition fees, living expenses, and travel expenses for a Master’s degree at LSE. In addition, scholars also receive a monthly stipend for the duration of their studies, as well as access to exclusive networking and professional development opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Luksic Scholarships,
- Applicants must have a first-class or upper second class undergraduate degree or an equivalent qualification.
- They must also demonstrate financial need, leadership potential, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities.
- Candidates must also meet the English language requirements for their chosen program at LSE.

Application Instructions
To apply for the Luksic Scholarships, candidates must first apply for their chosen Master’s program at LSE. Once admitted, they can then apply for the scholarship through the LSE Graduate Financial Support Application Form.
