Brief Description
The In-Country/In-Region Scholarship Programme at SEAMEO-TROPMED by DAAD is a joint initiative between the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Established in 1989, this scholarship program aims to support the education and development of professionals in the health and medical fields from Southeast Asia.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions
The scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly allowances, accommodation, health insurance, and travel expenses. Undergraduate students will receive a monthly allowance of 230 EUR, while postgraduate students will receive 452 EUR.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be citizens of a Southeast Asian country, hold a Bachelor’s degree with above-average grades, and have a strong interest in the field of study.
