Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The scholarship covers 20% of the total tuition fees for the entire duration of the course. This equates to a total value of approximately $10,000 for a four-year undergraduate degree and $6,400 for a two-year postgraduate degree.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Deakin International Merit Scholarship (South Asia – Onshore), applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a citizen of one of the eligible South Asian countries
• Meet the minimum academic requirements for the intended course at Deakin University
• Be enrolling as a full-time, onshore student at Deakin’s Australia campuses
• Be eligible for a student visa and have no pending visa applications
• Not have received other scholarships or bursaries from Deakin University

Application Instructions

To apply for the scholarship, candidates must first apply for admission to a course at Deakin University. Once they receive an offer letter, they can submit their scholarship application via the Deakin University online portal.
