The Alumni Scholarships (International) 2021-2025 aim to encourage and support academically talented international students to join the vibrant and prestigious academic community at The University of Adelaide. These scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated exceptional academic potential, leadership skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their home countries.

The Alumni Scholarships (International) 2021-2025 are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in any discipline offered at The University of Adelaide.
Number of Awards
The University will award up to 40 scholarships per year for the duration of five years, starting from 2021. This means that a total of 200 students will receive the scholarship during this period.
Target Group
The Alumni Scholarships (International) 2021-2025 are open to students from any country, except New Zealand, who have an outstanding academic record and are seeking to study at The University of Adelaide.
Scholarship Value/Inclusions
Successful applicants will receive a 50% tuition fee waiver for the full duration of their studies at The University of Adelaide. In addition, recipients will also be provided with a living allowance of AUD $15,000 per year to cover their living expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Alumni Scholarships (International) 2021-2025, applicants must:
- Have an unconditional offer of admission, or an existing student of The University of Adelaide, to undertake full-time studies in any undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Be citizens of any country, except New Zealand.
- Have excellent academic results, with a minimum GPA equivalent to 6.5 out of 7.
- Be able to provide evidence of leadership potential and a commitment to making a positive impact in their home country.

Application Instructions
Interested applicants must first submit an application for admission to The University of Adelaide. Once they have received an offer of admission, they can then complete the scholarship application form, which will be available on the university’s official website starting from January 2025.
