As a partnership between the University of Liverpool and the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT), the University of Liverpool – CONACYT scholarship aims to provide Mexican students with the opportunity to study at one of the UK’s leading research-intensive universities.

Scholarship Value/Inclusions

The scholarship covers full tuition fees, a maintenance stipend, and an annual allowance for research related costs. For masters students, the maintenance stipend is £13,000 per year, while for PhD students, it is £17,000 per year.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the University of Liverpool – CONACYT scholarship,

  • Applicants must be Mexican citizens with a minimum GPA of 3.8 on a 5.0 scale.
  • They must also have an unconditional offer to study at the University of Liverpool.
  • Meet the English language requirements.
