In an effort to promote gender diversity and bridge the gap in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Unitywater and University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) have joined hands to offer the Fiona Waterhouse Women in STEM Scholarship. Named after the first female engineer at Unitywater, this scholarship aims to support and encourage women to pursue a career in STEM.
