Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Thompson Excellence Scholarship,

• commencing full-time in first undergraduate program
• enrolled in any UniSC undergraduate program*
• permanent resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder
• *No more than 50% of Thompson Excellence Scholarships on offer each study period will be awarded to students in a cluster of programs (e.g. Bachelor of Medical Science/Bachelor of Biomedical Science/Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Accelerated) or Bachelor of Primary Education/Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood))Selection criteria
• high academic achievement, minimum ATAR 89 or equivalent **
• leadership skills demonstrated through academic, extra-curricular/community activity
• financial need
